Ysan Roche's favorite most disturbing movies of all times

YSAN ROCHE'S TWENTY MOST DISTURBING MOVIES OF ALL TIMES
October 12, 2013 at 10:00pm
Since I've been a little girl (which fortunately I will always be in some way), horror movies have captivated my mind.
They relax me and I feel as if they give me an inner cleansing. The sound the darkness, the mind f***. It seems they create a drama that as an artist I sometimes need to feel alive.
When I finished watching an extremely good horror film, I usually feel as if I have been given a very positive drug that keeps me happy for at least one day.

This is a list with my TOP 20 favorite horror movies of all times guys and why:

1. SERBIAN FILM
the soundtrack is the best ever, do I have to say more?
This movie is nothing for weak souls, it's the best combination of Porn and Gore including great actors and a very interesting story. I LOVE IT... (if you're not a pussy, watch the uncut version;-))

2. TUMBLING DOLLS IN FLESH
This one is so bizarre that I am afraid to scare you off by mentioning it.
You won't find it in any normal store, but it's just so incredibly weird I have to put it on my list.
DISTURBING thats why I love it. (Again, only the uncut version makes sense)

3. THE EXORCIST
Everytime I watch it, I still feel frightened. The spider scene is hilarious

4. CASE 39
Many gorror fans will disagree with me, but I love movies in which kids turn to devilish creatures and
RenĂ© Zellweger did a great job here as well. I think it's a fantastic story with awesome special effects for
Mainstream horror.

5.MARTYRS
Man I thought this was some kind of Hollywood horror movie shit until I watched it.
No other movie has given me shudders while going to the basement of my last apartment.
A true master piece of special effects and disturbing moments

6. TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE
of course on my list ;-))

7. NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (part 1, 3 and 5)
The horror icon of my childhood - that's why my mind is a bit f***d up;-)

8.SALO OR 120 DAYS OF SODOM
This is just sick sh**

9.Paranormal Activity ll
Amazing because simple and real

10. MAY
I highly intelligent movie about a woman that slowly becomes murderous.

11. I STAND ALONE
Gaspar Noe is a genius

12. SHINING
While Stephen King isn't happy about the way the main characters were illustrated,
I think we can say that it's some of the best film adaptions of his books ever made.

13. HAPPINESS
This movie is a masterpiece because it shows the darkest side of human nature while keeping up an ironically friendly happy atmosphere, giving the worst acts like rape a nearly comical attitude. You never know if you should cry or laugh. Incredibly well produced.

14. SHIVERS
David Cronenberg was thrown out of his apartment by the government due to this crazy movie.
A must-see!!!

15.ERASERHEAD
David Lynch belongs on my list

16.ANTICHRIST
One of Lars v.Triers sweetest works

17.HUMAN CENTIPEDE
Disgusting and fantastic

18. DANS MA PEAU
You probably never heard of this one. I loved the fact how it showed that a highly-intelligent woman without any psychological disorder faces a tragedy that doesn't make any sense but simply belongs to her individual nature.
A french woman becomes obsessed with self-mutilation, cutting pieces of her flesh and eating and nibbling at it.

19. MOM AND DAD
this is just freaky stuff.

20. THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT
Last but not least
